WISTA DOF SCALE

Here's a GIF of a scale for a Wista 45SP. The knob diameter of that camera is 24mm and for each turn the standard advances by 26 mm. The length of the paper strip to put on the knob is about 75.4 mm.You can  print it at 100DPI for the correct size:
